New mandate

Use structured intake

For financing, trade, guarantee, escrow or advisory requirements, use the mandate form so the core transaction facts are captured.

Existing case

Use your case reference

For an existing mandate, use the Case Follow-Up page and include the reference already assigned to the file.

Verification concern

Stop and verify

If a communication, payment instruction or document appears suspicious, review the fraud and security guidance before acting.

Before you write

Help us understand the mandate, not just the requested amount.

A useful first message explains who you are, what company or project you represent, what you are trying to accomplish, the approximate amount or transaction value, the country or countries involved and what documents are already available.

For confidentiality and control, GIGT GROUP publishes one official public contact channel: info@gigt-group.com. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, wallet keys or other authentication credentials by email.

What happens after contact

We route the inquiry by mandate, not by geography.

The first review is intended to understand what you are asking GIGT to do and whether the request fits our advisory, finance, trade, banking-program or execution capabilities.

If the mandate appears relevant, we may request a structured application, corporate/KYC documents, a project or transaction summary and supporting evidence. If a bank or other institution must make the final decision, the file will only progress subject to that institution's own requirements.
