Existing Case

Case follow-up.

Send a follow-up using your exact case reference so the inquiry can be routed correctly.

Keep the inquiry tied to the existing mandate.

Include the reference shown in prior GIGT or bank correspondence. For security, do not send passwords, OTP codes or account authentication secrets.

Maintain continuity

A case reference should preserve the history of the mandate.

When following up, avoid starting the transaction again from the beginning. Use the existing reference, identify the specific outstanding question and attach only documents that are relevant to the next action.

A focused follow-up helps the team understand whether the case is waiting for client documents, institutional review, clarification, approval, payment instruction, execution or another defined step.

01

Use the exact reference

Include the case or application reference exactly as it appears in prior GIGT or bank correspondence so the inquiry can be tied to the correct file.

02

State what changed

If you are providing a new document, revised amount, new beneficiary detail or requested clarification, explain the change in one clear sentence.

03

Protect sensitive credentials

Never send OTP codes, passwords, private keys or authentication secrets. A legitimate case follow-up does not require these credentials.

Need to escalate a security concern?

If your follow-up relates to suspicious payment instructions, a changed beneficiary, an unrecognized sender or a request for credentials, do not use the ordinary transaction path. Email info@gigt-group.com with the case reference and describe the concern without sending passwords or OTP codes.
