Protect the transaction before you protect the return.
Guidance for identifying suspicious communications, verifying payment instructions and protecting sensitive information when dealing with financial mandates.
Official communication
The primary public contact published by GIGT GROUP is info@gigt-group.com. Treat messages from lookalike domains, personal mailboxes or unexpected third parties as unverified until independently confirmed.
High-risk warning signs
- Unexpected change to beneficiary or bank-account details
- Pressure to bypass normal review or make an urgent payment
- Requests for passwords, OTP codes, private keys or card credentials
- Documents that conflict with the official program information or formal agreement
- Requests to send funds to an individual without documented authorization
- Unverified claims that financing or an instrument is already approved
Before sending money
Confirm the legal payee, payment purpose, invoice or contractual basis, bank details and the authority of the person giving the instruction. Where the underlying service is an ICBANK service, rely on formal bank documentation and confirmation requirements applicable to that program.
When in doubt, do not pay first and investigate later. Verify the instruction before funds move.
Report a concern
Forward the suspicious communication and a short explanation to info@gigt-group.com. Do not include passwords, OTP codes or private authentication secrets.
High-value transactions deserve a higher standard of confirmation.
Fraud often succeeds when urgency overrides verification. The safest response to an unexpected instruction is to slow the transaction down long enough to confirm the source, authority and destination independently.
Check the full email domain rather than the display name. Lookalike domains can differ by a single character and may copy names, signatures or previous correspondence.
Treat any change to bank details, beneficiary name, currency, payment route or timing as a new instruction that must be independently confirmed before funds move.
Do not assume a PDF or letter is authentic because it contains a logo or stamp. Compare references, contact channels and formal verification procedures where available.
Passwords, OTP codes, private keys and recovery credentials should never be shared with GIGT, ICBANK or any other party by email, chat or telephone.
