Corporate Advisory

Financial Services & Advisory

Strategic financial advisory for companies, investors and project sponsors navigating capital, liquidity, investment and international growth decisions.

Advisory scope

  • Capital-structure review
  • Liquidity and funding strategy
  • Investment and project evaluation
  • Commercial scenario analysis
  • Transaction structuring
  • Banking-program readiness

How we work

Our role is to clarify the requirement, organize the information and design a practical execution path. Where a regulated banking, investment-management, legal or accounting function is required, that function remains with the appropriately authorized institution or adviser.

Why strategic advisory matters

Capital decisions are rarely isolated from the wider business. A funding requirement may affect ownership, liquidity, pricing, working capital, expansion timing and risk. GIGT approaches financial advisory by first understanding the commercial decision that the capital is expected to support. We then organize the available information, test assumptions and help define an execution path that can be presented to the appropriate institution or counterparty.

For management teams, this can mean translating growth plans into a capital requirement with clear use of funds and repayment logic. For project sponsors, it can mean connecting feasibility and project economics with a realistic funding structure. For investors or strategic partners, it can mean understanding where risk sits, how value is created and what conditions must be satisfied before capital is committed.

Mandate first

We begin with the commercial objective, parties, value, timing and existing documents before recommending an execution path.

Institutional discipline

Where banking, legal, regulatory or specialist approval is required, the relevant institution retains its own independent decision-making responsibility.
