Risk & return obligations
ICBANK may request collateral, counter-guarantee or financial backing based on project risk and applicant profile. Original guarantees/bonds must be returned to ICBANK when the project or contractual obligations are completed, as specified in the program document.
Contract security in context
Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds and Advance Payment Guarantees exist to support specific contractual obligations. The instrument should therefore be read together with the tender, contract, beneficiary wording and project execution period.
GIGT helps contractors and project owners connect the requested security instrument to the underlying contractual requirement, assemble company and project documents and prepare the wording or conditions for bank review.
What GIGT adds to the process
As the authorized agency and consulting channel, GIGT helps the client clarify the request, organize documents, understand the relevant program structure and maintain disciplined communication through the application and follow-up process. Final banking approval, contractual terms, compliance decisions and execution remain with ICBANK.
Corporate, KYC and transaction information should be complete, internally consistent and current before escalation.
Applicants should read the official program PDF and later bank documents together rather than relying on a website summary alone.
