Relationship philosophy

Strong transactions are built through a network of institutions and specialists who understand their role.

GIGT GROUP's relationship model is designed around collaboration rather than dependency on a single channel. Depending on the mandate, a transaction may require banks, investors, project sponsors, contractors, legal advisers, accountants, logistics providers, insurers, technical consultants or other specialists.

We seek relationships that improve execution quality, document integrity and access to credible decision-makers. We do not publish an institution's logo or imply endorsement without appropriate basis and approval.

How we evaluate relationships

Reputation matters, but execution capability matters more.

We value counterparties that communicate clearly, understand their regulatory and contractual responsibilities, maintain dependable documentation and can execute within the timetable they represent.

01

Institutional fit

The relationship should add a capability that is relevant to GIGT's mandate base — banking, investment, legal, technical, logistics, compliance, project execution or another defined professional function.

02

Professional accountability

Partners should be prepared to stand behind their own instructions, documents and responsibilities rather than shifting material decisions through informal intermediaries.

03

Long-term value

We prefer relationships that can support repeatable institutional work and mutual credibility over one-off introductions with unclear responsibilities.
